- Exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or if the wrong product was received.
- We cannot accept exchanges for size-related issues, as a detailed size chart is provided at checkout to assist with sizing decisions.
- The product must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging.
- The item must not be worn or altered in any way.

- Due to differences in photography lighting, screen resolution, and monitor settings, the color of items may vary slightly from what appears online. We cannot accept exchanges based on color discrepancies.

Exchange Process
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at jacindaclothing@gmail.com or call us at 944-70-97-548 ,90-744-74-300 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the defect or wrong product received, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- If your exchange is approved, we will send you a new item of the same product (size and color) once we receive the defective or incorrect product back.

- If the item is defective or the wrong product was received, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchange Processing Time
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 5-14 business days.
- A new item will be shipped to you immediately after the defective or incorrect product is returned.

- Product Damage: If the item is defective or damaged, please film the damaged areas clearly.
- Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong product, please show the product and packaging to confirm the error.
