 Pre-Booking Process

  • How to Pre-Book : Simply select the items you wish to pre-book on our website or in-store.
  • Payment : Full payment is required at the time of pre-booking to secure your items. Payment can be made through our secure online payment system or in-store.

Availability

  • Stock Limitations : Pre-booked items are subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate all pre-booking requests, in rare cases, items may be unavailable due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Notification : If an item you have pre-booked is no longer available, we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Delivery and Collection

  • Delivery Timing:Delivery times may vary based on the item's availability and location.
  • Collection: If you choose to collect your pre-booked items in-store, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Order Modifications: Changes to pre-booked orders can be made up to 24 hours. Please contact us directly to request any modifications.
  • Cancellations: Pre-booked orders can be canceled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.please Contact Jacinda Support.
  • After 24 hours,Processed pre-bookings cannot be cancelled..
  • Please note that a charge may be applied by the service provider at checkout. If a refund is requested, this charge will be deducted from the refunded amount. The fee is typically in place to cover administrative costs or services already rendered. Make sure to review the terms and conditions for any additional charges that may apply during the refund process."
